Go to Meta Events Manager and navigate to the Datasets page.

Select your pixel and open the Settings tab.

Copy the dataset ID to your clipboard.

Scroll down to Conversions API > Set up direct integration and click Generate access token.

Select the correct dataset and confirm.
​

Copy the access token to your clipboard.
